William and Claire are so excited to introduce you to our first yoga retreat in the new retreat Mas Corazon, Spain.

Before winter starts, we would like to see you in a unique and sunny getaway at Mas Corazon in Spain in the middle of the Catalan mountains, 1 hour and 15 minutes (77 km) from the airport El Prat from Barcelona on the Costa Brava.

William & Claire (Teachers of Kundalini and Tantra yoga) will be happy to offer you a 5 days retreat with meditation, Kundalini yoga and Chi exercises from May  11 to May  16, 2025 in Tordera, in the heart of the Catalan country. There in the middle of the mountains, in a valley with a garden full of fruit trees (figs), a swimming pool, with delicately salted water (soft skin), in which you can immerse yourself before, ij between or after the sessions. The soft light will be there for early risers in meditation.

On the program:
Morning meditation: The morning starts with meditation. During this session we start with a short loosening up, after which we’re going into the meditation position chosen for this session. The meditation position of the session will be described and explained. The coach will help you get in the right position, after which the meditative exercises begin. We end with the actual meditation.
Morning session KRIYAS: Kriyas is a training aimed at cleaning obstructions for the flee flow of energy in your body. These obstructions can be formed by any heavy experience you have had, no matter how long ago, no matter in what form, no matter how stressful or painful. The Kriyas exercises can be performed by everyone, no matter the age, flexibility or strength. Each person does those exercises as best as she/he can. Once the exercises result in the free flow of energy, the kundalini (or in other traditions the chi or life’s energy) one feels healthier, happier and more energetic.

Kaula Tantra Yoga: there are many forms called yoga. Every form has its advantages and results. Kaula Tantra Yoga is aimed at the free flow of life’s energy, called in this tradition the Kundalini. Kaula Tantra is aimed at relaxation of the muscles, tendons and other parts of the body. This type of yoga is very suitable for persons just starting in yoga, elderly persons, persons who are less flexible and of course yogi. This does not mean that the positions are very simple. It just means that the execution is done as loose as one can. The moto of this type of yoga is: Nothing is good; Nothing is bad.

Chi Kung is the Chinese form of exercises to reach the energy Chi (or boundless energy) that is all in and around us. These exercises are simple and the relaxed execution makes one feel fitter and more relaxed.

Tai Chi Chuan is the Chinese exercise to feel and build up the chi energy in one’s body. If the exercises are trained, one starts to expand their feeling of energy in the hands and extremities.
Pushing hands is the exercise to feel the other person, the movements and intentions. One is to follow the other persons movements and thereby open up to the energy outside of one self. The more relaxed you are, the easier you can follow the other person.

In between the planned session there are the possibilities to have personal session, either for massage (Reiki or Kundalini or pressure point massage), or moments to reflect.

Another similar retreat is planned for the month of May next year, on the 13th of May till the 17th of May, 2025.

Another paid activity (to be specified and optional) during free time is offered as follows:

Individual Reiki: given by an energetic treatment by Claire, to recharge your batteries, using the very quiet and calm massage room. The program may be modified depending on the weather, the physical state of the participants and some surprises in life!

William and I are part of the wonderful Yoga Teachers family of the Yoga Alliance International.

William & Claire’s Yoga present
William, a lawyer by profession, started practicing yoga for over 30 years, notably Iyengar Yoga, Tantra and Kundalini Yoga. He is a Registered Yoga Teacher and is a guide for a certain number of Yoga techniques/practices.

Before and at the same time since his childhood William devoted himself to martial arts. He is a black belt in Shotokan Karate, and has practiced including Pencak Silat and Kung Tao, without forgetting Tao Chi and Chi Kung training.
He is proud to have had the chance to open his Dojo in the Netherlands, by his master Taji Kase and Hans Harthoorn. His interest in the study of different teachings concerning Yoga and its philosophy are limitless. His life is based on the current of Taoism. Together we had the opportunity to receive teachings given by Master of Taoism Mantak Chia.

Claire is a painter. She is also registered as a Yoga Teacher at the International Yoga Alliance. She has also obtained RYT 500 hours certificates. Her daily practice of Kaula Tantra Yoga makes her a flexible and joyful yoga practitioner, with a strong desire to teach this discipline. She teaches with love and respects the rhythm of the different postures thanks to the good circulation of breathing and deep relaxation. Her life’s energy is at the service of her yogis.
Claire gives also Reiki treatments, for those who want to receive her energy recharged through meditation. She uses the position of her hands on or above the body of the patient, to give a well-being energy. Claire contributes to taking ailments off and pass healing on.
